- What's the trial?
- 14 days of full Builder-tier access, no card required — so nothing can ever be charged automatically. If you don't subscribe by day 14, the trial simply ends.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; no proration on cancellations.
- Do you offer refunds?
- 14 days, no questions asked. If the kit doesn't fit in your first two weeks on any tier, email hello@profitlayer.app from the address that paid and we refund the most recent charge — no support call required.
- Are prices tax-inclusive?
- Polar is our merchant of record — they handle VAT/sales-tax collection where required. Tax is shown at checkout and on every receipt.
